We have seen the fire rise above the ashes
يا فلسطين فَقُمنا للجهاد
وَنَفَضنا الذُلَّ عَنا وَالرَقاد
O Palestine, so we stood up for jihad
And we shook off humiliation and slumber
وَنَهَضنا نَهضةً تُحيي البِلاد
ديننا حُبك يا هَذا الوَطَن
And we rose up in a resurrection that revives the countries
Our religion is your love, O this homeland

المسيحي أَخ للمسلم
يا فَلسطين بَقَلب وَفَم
The Christian is a brother to the Muslim
O Palestine, with heart and mouth
فَاِنشُري حبهما في العلم
رَمزنا عَقد الثريا في الدَم
So spread their love in knowledge
Our symbol is the pleiades tied in blood
ديننا حُبك يا هَذا الوَطَن

حرم طَهره فادي الوَرى

A sanctuary purified by the Redeemer
وَإِلَيهِ المُصطَفى لَيلاً سَرى
وَكَذا البَيعة حَيث عمرا
To which the Chosen One journeyed by night
And so did the pledge where Omar was
حبنا حُبٌّ أَبى أَن يُنكرا
ديننا حُبك يا هَذا الوَطَن
Our love is a love that refused to be denied

No sanctuary like Palestine's sanctuary
Its glory written on the tablet of the sky
أَي مَجد مثله مَهما سَما
إِنَّهُ نور يُضيء الأَنجُما
What glory can compare no matter how high?
It is a light that illuminates the stars

أَن تَفوقي الشَمس مَجداً وَعُلا
وَعلي العَهد أَلا أَقبَلا
For you to surpass the sun in glory and sublimity
And I am sworn never to accept
بِك ملك الأَرض طراً بَدَلا

That the kings of earth replace you
