يا فتية النيل المسا

لم والكريم بلا حساب

O young men of the Nile's splendor

For whom generosity flows boundlessly

جناته مرآتكم

ولكم خلائقها العِذاب

Its gardens are your mirrors

And its most delightful creatures belong to you

ولكم جمال الزهرِ رف

فَ على الأماليد الرطاب

And the flower's beauty is yours

So smell the wet branches

ولكم فؤاد النهر رق

على المحاني والشعاب

And the river's heart is yours

Laughing over the meadows and hills

يمضي فيضحك للسهو

لِ ولا يضن على الهضاب

Neither stingy on plateaus

Until homeland called you all

حتى إذا نادتكم ال

أوطان والوادي أهاب

And the valley roared

Until the infidels raged

حتى إذا طغت الكوا

رث واستفزكم العذاب

And torment provoked you all

You became like a flood defending lions with a thousand fangs

أصبحتم كالغيل تح

ميه الليوث بألف ناب

Tell the youth today is your most fragrant day

Today Egypt's love appears with no veil or barriers

قل للشباب اليوم يو

مكم الأغر المستطاب

If it's a sin, o youth, no going back or regret

God is watching and the nights have your reckoning

اليوم يبدو حبّ مِص

ر فلا خفاءَ ولا حِجاب

And the covenant is in the steadfast hearts

And the honesty is in the necks

إن كان إثماً يا شبا

بُ فلا رجوع ولا متاب

Give the precious sacrifice for Egypt and strew it like dust

Money and souls, every sacrifice has its reward

الله ينظر والليا

لي عندها لكم الحساب

والعهد في القلب المصا

بر والأمانة في الرقاب

هاتوا الفدا الغالي لمص

المال والأرواح كل
