عَيناكَ قَد حَكَتا مَبي

تَك كَيفَ كُنتَ وَكَيف كانا

Your eyes have told of the night we spent

How you were and how things went

وَلَرُبّ عَين قَد أَرَت

كَ مَبيتَ صاحِبِها عيانا

And many an eye has also seen

A night with its companion, clearly
