اللؤلؤُ الرَّطْبُ حَبٌّ

في رَاحَتي نَفَائِسْ

The moist pearl is a seed

In my palm are treasures

فلؤلؤُ الحبِّ رَطْبٌ

ولؤلُؤُ البَحْر يَابِسْ

The pearl of love is moist

While the pearl of the sea is dry
