يا ربِّ كَم لَكَ من يَدٍ عظُمَت

عِندي فنِلتُ بها المُنى سَرحا

O Lord, how many a hand you have exalted

With which I gained my wishes without hindrance

وأَجَلُّهنَّ يَدٌ كتبتُ بها

لزبورِ آل مُحمَّدٍ شَرحا

And the most glorious of them is the hand

With which I wrote an explanation of the Zabur of the family of Muhammad
