نَعوذُ مِنَ الشيطانِ باللّه إنّهُ

يوسوسُ بالعصيان في أُذُنِ القلبِ

We seek refuge from Satan with Allah, indeed he

Whispers disobedience into the heart's ear

عَدُوّ أبينا قبْلنا والذي له

جنودٌ مع الأيام دائمةُ الحَربِ

The enemy of our father before us, and he who has

Armies with the days, ever warring

ولو لمْ يكنْ أمْرُ الشياطينِ يُتّقَى

لما احْتَرَسَتْ منها الملائكُ بالشهبِ

And were it not for the affair of devils being feared

The angels would not have guarded against them with flames
