أَلا سَقِّياني فَالظَلامُ قَدِ انجَلى
وَأَبدَت تَباشيرُ الصَباحِ عَمودَها
Oh cupbearer, the darkness has cleared away
And dawn has raised its pillars of light
سُلافاً كَأَنَّ المِسكَ كانَ لِدَنِّها
خِتاماً وَماءَ الوَردِ رَوّى صَعيدَها
With lips pure as musk it seems
And the rose's dew has moistened its earth
