أمولانا شهابَ الدينِ إني

حمدْتُ اللهَ إذْ بكَ تمَّ مجدي

Our master Shahab al-Din, I

Thanked God, for through you my glory was made complete

جميعُ الناسِ عندكمُ نزولٌ

وأنتَ جبرتني ونزلتَ عندي

All people descend upon you

Yet you lowered yourself and descended to me
