منبجٌ أهلها حَكَوا دودَ قزٍّ

عندهم تُجعلُ البيوتُ القبورا

The people of Manbij wove silk brocade

ربِّ نعِّمهمُ فقدْ ألفوا مِنْ

شجرِ التوتِ جنَّةً وحريرا
