فقيرةٌ غنيَّةٌ

مرَّتْ بنا وقد خَلَتْ

Poor yet wealthy,

She passed by us and was gone.

سبْحتُها في كفِّها

عدَّتْ بها مَنْ قَتَلَتْ

In her palm a rosary

Counting those she had slain.
