قدْ أزمنَ اللهُ كافوراً وعاقبَهُ

هذا بذاكَ ولا عُتبى على الزمن

God has made camphor long-lasting, and then punished it

With this for that, and time is not to be blamed

فاستعملوا المسكَ في عرسِ السرورِ بهِ

فالمسكُ للعرسِ والكافورُ للكفَنِ

So use musk for weddings of joy with it

For musk is for weddings, and camphor for the shroud
