ستروا المكرَّمَ بالحريرِ وسترُهُ

بالدرِّ والياقوتِ غيرُ كثيرِ

They covered the honored one with silk, and covered him

With pearls and rubies in abundance

ستروهُ وهْوَ منَ الغوايةِ سترُنا

عجبي لهذا الساترِ المستورِ

They covered him while he covers our misguidance
