خيَّاطُكُمْ معْ فَرْطِ جرأتِهِ لهُ

طرْفٌ وقدٌّ راشقٌ ورشيقُ

Your tailor with his excessive audacity

Has a flirtatious and impudent gaze and flattery

عجباً لهُ أضحى يخيطُ قلوبَنا

بلحاظِهِ ولسانُهُ مفتوقُ

How amazing that he has come to sew our hearts
