وظَبْيٍ لأوْضاعِ المَجالِ مدرِّسٍ

عليمٍ بأسْرارِ المَحاسِنِ ماهِرِ

A teacher well-versed in the ways of elegance

أرى جيدَهُ نَصَّ المُحلّى وقرّرتْ

ثَناياهُ ما ضمّتْ صِحاحُ الجواهِرِ
