يَا عِمَادِي صَحَّ عَنِّي أَنَّنِي

لَكَ مَمْلُوكٌ وَتِلْمِيذٌ وَصَاحِبْ

Oh my pillar, it is true I am your slave, student, and companion

So if you don't believe my claim, it is said of me - God forbid - I'm a liar

فَإِذَا مَا لَمْ تُصَدِّقْ دَعْوَتِي

قِيلَ عَنِّي وَمَعاذَ اللهِ كاَذِبْ

Restore my honor and exalt my station

And call on me in the assembly no matter if I'm absent

فَأَعِدْ عِزِّي وَشَرِّفْ مَنْزِلِي

وَادْعُنِي فِي الْحَفْلِ مَهْمَا كُنْتُ غَائِبْ

This to you is nothing but to me it's from the most fundamental beliefs

هَذِهِ عِنْدَكَ لاَ خَطْرَ لَهَا

وَهْيَ عِنْدِي مِنْ سَنِيَّاتِ الْمَذَاهِبْ
