شمسٌ بدَت من حجابِ الملكِ أم قمرُ

أم برقُ مدجِنةٍ يَعشَى له البصرُ

Is it the sun that dawned from the veil of the King, or the moon?

Or is it a tamed lightning, for which sight is bedazzled?
