My heart flew with love for her

For who's heart wouldn't fly

يا بُدُوراً أنابَها الد

دَهْرََ عانٍ أسِيرُ

O full moons, time has been kind to her

While I'm a captive, suffering

إنْ رَضِيْتُمْ بأنْ أَمُو

تَ فَموتِي حَقيرُ

If you're pleased that I die

Then my death is insignificant

كلُّ خَطْبٍ إنْ لم تكُو

نوا غَضِبْتُمْ يَسيرُ

Any misfortune, if it doesn't happen

I'd be angry, is trivial
