سَآلَفُهَا إلفَ العَتِيقِ كِتَابَهُ

وَلاَ أشتَهِي وِرداً سِوَاهَأ إلَى الحَشرِ

Its eloquence is that of an ancient book

And I desire no rose but it until the day we are gathered
