The Blameworthy Notions
Tempt desire with metaphor
They agitated my light
And the wind aids the evildoers
Tell the critiquer leave me be
And spare me your son's blame
What cheek blamed me
With a rose like paint
It showed the two gardens
From it not a grain was obtained
And behind the veil
Is a garden with scattered blossoms
And between the wraps
A lion roars from the thickets
And the beauty of a beloved doe
Betrayed me in it, my ally
And my beloved left me
A traveller away from my shining light
And with a smile away from my companion
What blossom for the darkness
And what light for the walkway
They both judged the small
Whether it be pearl or pebbles
A sprout whose pasture was pleasant
In the pasture of fiery youth
It originated in the heart
So the heart became its abode
A blade whose look is defiant
It shakes the souls with its heat
I avoided the listlessness of blemishes
With the flair that is in it
And its flair distracted me
From fear of that rebuke
Take my heart with your strength
Oh you who tires those eyelids
Oh Jouya son of Dhrouh
For ribs and eyes
Oh Naeema and passion
You are my creed and religion
You led me to the baths
So go away with your strong wounds
How can my face of victory be
When the sun is the place of my revenge
By my father a persistent lover
Evil in his deeds and praiseworthy
Tie him who destroyed the sick man
So be gentle with him, oh Muhammad
And his mother, oh stingy one
With speech from you
