فَمَن يَكُ مِنهُم ذا خَلاقٍ فَإِنَّهُ

سَيَمنَعُهُ مِن ظُلمِهِ ما تَوَكَّدا

So whoever among them is of good character, surely

His own character will prevent him from wronging others.
