بِاِسمِ الخِديوي رَمزٌ

بِمُلكِهِ مِصرَ ساطِعُ

In the name of the Khedive, a symbol

With his reign over Egypt, shining

يَخفى عَنِ العضينِ لَكِن

بِالقَلبِ تَلقاهُ رائِعُ

Hidden from the teeth but

With the heart you find him splendid

اِنظُر تَراهُ صَحيحاً

عَبّاسَ في المُلكِ سابِعُ

Look and you will see him genuine
