عِندي لَكُم يا آلَ وُدّي دَعوَةً

فيها هَناكُم بِالصَفا وَهَنائيهِ

I have for you, O family of my affection,

An invitation wherein I congratulate you with joy and delight-

نَجلى حُسَينَ يَستَتِم قِرانُهُ

في لَيلَةِ الإِثنَينِ هَذي الآتيهِ

To celebrate Hussein completing the Quran

On Monday night that is soon to come-

فَتَجَمَّلوا وَعَلى السَعادَةِ تَفَضَّلوا

لِتَتِمَّ لي بِوُجودِكُم آماليهِ

So adorn yourselves and kindly grace me with your presence,

That with you all my hopes may be fulfilled.
