وَآبَ الوَفدُ وَفدُ بَني فُقَيمٍ

بِأَلأَمِ ما تَؤوبُ بِهِ الوُفودُ

The envoy came, the envoy of Bani Fuqaim

With the hope through which envoys return

أَتَونا بِالقُدورِ مُعَدِّليها

وَصارَ الجُدُّ لِلجَدِّ السَعيدِ

They came to us with pots made ready

And seriousness turned into happiness

وَشاهَدَتِ الوُفودَ بَني فُقَيمٍ

بِأَحرَدَ إِذ تَقَسَّمَتِ الجُدودُ

And Bani Fuqaim's envoys witnessed

At Ahrad when the bounties were shared
