Those who made licit every abomination

Of forbidden acts, breaking their pledges,

A people who came hastily from Sijistan

Hypocrites, with no bonds or taboos,

When their affairs were in ferment,

None could be entreated to protect Islam or its sanctuaries,

They sought victories through one whose chapter

The daybreaks have not named, extending hands to generosity.
