In your eyes I saw love's magic

I saw within your eyes the magic of passion, pouring forth like light from twin stars,

Pouring like light from two stars

And I became powerless to repel it—for who can turn back a storm with two hands?

So I stand helpless to resist it

O paradise of love and world of desires, I never imagined I would find you within two eyes.

Who can fend it off with both hands?

O paradise of love, world of wishes

Since I met you life's been bliss
