سَيَبكي البَمُّ مِن جَزَعٍ عَلَيهِ

وَتَبكيهِ المَثالِثُ وَالمَثاني

The dew will weep for him out of anguish

And the thirds and eights will weep for him

وَتَثكِلُهُ القِيانُ وَحافِظوها

وَتَنعاهُ الزِقاقُ إِلى الدِنانِ

The singing girls will wail for him,

And the alleys will mourn him loudly
