I'd give my life for him—a gazelle in robes of silk,
Radiant of countenance, with bewitching eyelids.
لما حكى الغصن الرطيب قوامهُ
أضحى يميس بحلة الأغصانِ
When his figure mirrored the supple bough,
He began to sway, wearing the boughs’ attire.
