للَّه دار غدت بالحسن مشرقةً

وأصبحت للمعالي خير مختارَه

To God belongs a house that shines with beauty,

And has become the finest choice for the exalted.

زهت رياضاً بها الأزهار راوية

عن الصبا سحراً للقلب معطارَه

Its gardens blossom with flowers, telling

Of youth's magic that scents the heart.

تدفقت كوثراً طابت مناهله

من كل نوفرةٍ بالشهد فوارَه

It flows with a river of pure nectar,

Springing from each meadow with sweet honey.

تزينت ببشير ضاءَ طالعه

أنساً ولطفاً لمن طرفاه أو زارَه

It adorns itself with the radiant Basheer,

Bringing joy and grace to visitors and residents.

حللتها مع كرامٍ دام سوددهم

واطلع اللَه بالأسعادِ أنوارَه

It is filled with generous nobles,

As God illuminates it with good fortune.

خليل مجدٍ تسامى رتبةً وثنا

بجود كف تخال السحب مدرارَه

Khalil, a man of glorious achievement,

Is elevated in rank and praise for his open hand.

كذا الأمير الذي ضاءَت ما ثره

وأصبحت تعشق العلياءُ أخبارَه

Just like the Prince whose renown

Is beloved by the highest society.

والماجد المرتجى عبد الإله ومن

بنور غرته الأقمار سيارَه

And the glorious Abdul Ilah, whose

Brilliance outshines the circling stars.

طفنا بساحتها الفيحا مرابعها

روضاً أنيقاً تحيي الزهر أزهارَه

We were delighted by its broad meadows,

A charming garden where flowers bloom.

بتنا ننعم في صفوٍ بلا كدرٍ

ونجتني من هنا اللذات أقمارَه

We enjoy its undisturbed serenity,

Saved from sorrows by its moons.

لا زال صاحبها ذا همةٍ وندى

تروي المدايحُ بين الناس أطوارَه

Its master still has ambition and freshness,

The eulogies tell of his ways among the people.

ممتعاً بنعيمٍ دائمٍ أبداً

ممنعاً بمديد العمر أكدارَه

Enjoying lasting bliss forever,

Protected from the decays of time.

ما لاح برق وضاءَ النجم في غلسٍ

وأغدق الفيض يسقي الروض تيارَه

It shone like lightning, a glowing star in the night,

Pouring forth plenty to water the gardens.
