ورقُ التهاني الوافيه

فوق الأرائك شاديَه

Cards of sincere congratulations

Raised above the couches

وبلابل الأفراح عن

سعد ومجد راويه

And birds of joy telling

Of happiness and glorious fame

وميامن الأقبال في

أوفى سرور باديه

And banners of auspices in

The most sincere joy appearing

واهتزت الأغصان من

طرب كخود غانيه

And branches swayed from

Rapture like a singing cheek

والبشر عم وقد زهت

بالعز كل الناحيه

And people have become accustomed that its spreading

Spreads scents of pure prosperity

واعتادنا من نشره

نفحات طيب زاكيه

And the gift of enthronement has

Arrived with guiding contentment

وهدية التمليك قد

وافت بنص هاديه

And destiny has adorned with a robe

For stability of just reign

وسما الهناء بخلعة

لثبات حكم وافيه

It has returned with the most splendid delight

In which gladness grows

وردت بأبهى بهجة

فيها المسرة ناميه

And the times' springs have

Become pure safety

ومشارب الأيام قد

رافت بامن صافيه

Congratulations O Lebanon for

In you the good news flows

بشراك يا لبنان إذ

فيك البشائر ساريه

In you wishes have risen high

And in you congratulations run

فيك الأماني قد سمت

وبك التهاني جاريه

And the old justice is supported

By the most noble meanings

وتأيّد العدل السني

بأبي المعاني الساميه

I mean Bishr of glory whom

Leadership in is most lofty

أعني بشير المجد من

فيه الإمارة راقيه

Master of the household of Shahab

Pearls of splendor shining

مولى بنور شهابه

غرر المعالي باهيه

King of highest with a hand on

The cycle of generosity and devotion

ملك العلى بيد على

فلك السماحة واليه

Our days have surpassed

Those past eras

فاقت به أيامنا

تلك الدهرو الماضيه

Brave cloud, his right hand

Pours heavy showers of generosity

شهم بغيث يمينه

سحب المكارم هاميه

May his comfort last which

Is ever narrated unfairly

للَه راحته التي

أبداً بجورٍ راوية

As if between his molars burst

Overflowing brimming seas

فكأنّ بين بنانه

فاضت بحور طاميه

The virtues of his grace appeared

Beyond any high description

اضحت محاسن فضله

عن كل وصف عاليه

A lion adorned in the necklace

Of those pleasing traits

ليث تزيّن في حلى

تلك الخلال الراضيه

O you whose rank’s dignity

Has the eye of care tending

يا من لرتبة عزّه

عين العناية راعيه

Happy eternally with a reign

For you remaining

يهنيك دهرا سرمدا

بولاية لك باقيه

And with the adornment of wise rule

Your happiness remains

وبحلية الاحكام لا

زالت سعودك حاليه

Our times have become radiant

With the light of your justice

قد أصبحت أوقاتنا

بسناء عدلك زاهيه

And with the gift of nobles faces

Have beamed brightly

وبتحفة العلياء قد

أبدت وجوها ضاحيه

You have honored it auspiciously

With good that followed

أكرم بها ميمونةً

بالخير جاءت تاليه

For glory the finest garb

Raiment of lords donning

للمجد أبهى حلة

ثوب السادة كاسية

Accompanied by fortune

Calling good tidings clearly

مزفوفة بسعادة

بصفا الهناء مناديه

Appearing with greatest splendor

For your glorious stand

تجلى بأعظم رونق

لمقام عزك صابيه

And enjoyed through your reign

Yearning none but yours proudly

وتمتعت بمقامها

عن غير مجدك قاصبه

She has shown you her beauty

Yet remains dear to others only

بذلت لديك جمالها

لكن لغيرك غاليه

So take advantage of the garden of her glory

فاغنم حديقة عزها

فقطوفها لك وافيه

لا زلت فيها فائزا

بمدى السنين التاليه

She has smiled smiles of thanks

بسمت مباسم شكرها

لمديد عمرك داعيه

My master O you whose palm

Suffices all and fulfills sufficiently

مولاي يا من كفهُ

عن كل وكف كافيه

So be safe and remain with praises

In which eulogies grow

فاسلم ودم بمحامد

فيها المدايح ناشيه

May your supremacy last until
