طردت سرح الكرى في حبه فسرى

وذاع سري بعتب الدمع حين جرى

وبات طرفي سهيدا كي يناظره

فاستقصي عن شان كل منهما تره

So ask them both what meaning can be gleaned,

For eyes will hint at what is meant, what's keen.
