أُنسٌ غَرائِرُ ما هَمَمنَ بِريبَةٍ

كَظِباءِ مَكَّةَ صَيدُهُنَّ حَرامُ

Companions without any doubt

Like the gazelles of Mecca, hunting them is forbidden

يُحسَبنَ مِن لينِ الحَديثِ زَوانِياً

وَيَصُدُّهُنَّ عَنِ الخَنا الإِسلامُ

They are considered, because of the softness of their talk, beautiful women

And Islam deters them from shameful sins
