لَولاكَ يا نورَ المَلا

كَأسُ الغَرامِ ما حَلا

Without you, O light of the assembly

The cup of love would not be sweet

فاطْوِ لَنا نَشْرَ الجَفا

ولا تُواخِذْنا ولا

So forgive us the spreading of indifference

And do not blame us, not at all
