I was silent, so my enemies rejoiced
And thought I had forgotten my family
How can I sleep when it comes to the chiefs of my people
I was raised in the grace of their favors
And if the horses of enemies revolved around them
I responded whenever I was called
With a sword whose edge pours calamities
And a spear whose chest is deadly fate
I was created with an iron heart, harder
And iron decays while I have not decayed
And in war I was born a child
And was given to drink the milk of ambitions
Indeed I have drunk the blood of enemies
With the skulls, and I am not satiated
So the spear has no share in my body
Nor does the sword have strength in my limbs
And I have a house higher than the stars of Thuraya
Before the greatness of its prestige, houses tremble
