عَضَّت بنو نَهدٍ بِفَعلِ أَبيهِمُ

إِذا ما صَعُوا الأَقوامَ عند صَمَامِ

The tribe of Nahd were bitten for their father's deed,

Whenever they collided with the people at the watering place.
