تَذَكَّرتُ أَحداجاً بِأَعلى بُسيطَةٍ

وَقَد رَفَعوا في السَيرِ حَتّى تَمَنَّعوا

I recalled friends on a high plain

As they rode on until out of sight

تَصَيَّفَت الأَكنافَ أَكنافَ بيشَةٍ

فَكانَ لَها رَوضُ الأَشاقيصِ مَربَعُ

The sides took on aspects of Bishah

So it had the garden of loves in square
