حَبيبي هَل شُهودُ الحُبِّ إِلّا اِش

تِياقٌ أَو نِزاعٌ أَو حَنينُ

My beloved, are the witnesses of love anything but

Yearning, or conflict, or pining?

لَقَد آوى مَحَلَّكَ مِن فُؤادي

مَكانٌ لَو عَلِمتَ بِهِ مَكينُ

Indeed you have found a place in my heart

That if you knew of its depth, you would be certain

إِذا قَدَّرتَ أَنّي عَنكَ سالٍ

فَذاكَ اليَومَ أَعشَقُ ما أَكونُ

If you decide that I am done with you

Then that is the day I will love whatever I am

فَلا تَخشَ القَطيعَةَ إِنَّ قَلبي

عَليكَ اليَومَ مَأمونٌ أَمينُ

So do not fear separation, for my heart

Upon you today is guaranteed and faithful
