بادِر إِلَينا فَإِنَّ الراحَ مُمكِنَةٌ

وَالكَأسُ دائِرَةٌ وَالشَملُ مُجتَمِعُ

Come join us, for the wind is blowing fair,

The cup is circling and old friends are there,

وَيَومُنا طَيِّبٌ صافي الأَديمِ وَما

فيهِ هَواءٌ وَلا في رَأسِهِ قَزَعُ

A bright blue day, without a cloud or stain,

Coolness and freshness in the air remain.

وَالزَهرُ يَلعَبُ مُعتَلُّ النَسيمِ بِهِ

وَالبَمُّ مُنخَفِضٌ وَالزيرُ مُرتَفِعُ

The flowers laugh when the light breeze has passed,

Some drooping low and some upstanding fast.

وَالطَيرُ تَرقُصُ في الأَغصانِ مِن طَرَبٍ

تَكادُ مِنهُ عَلى هاماتِنا تَقَعُ

The birds are dancing on the boughs with joy,

Their pleasure falls upon us from on high.
