The down on your cheeks has come to mar you
The excuse for your disgrace came,
and abrogate the verse of your beauty.
And the erasing of the verse of your beauty.
So the delight of my eye departed
So the delight of my eye from me was revealed,
from me—and the delight of your eye too.
And the delight of your eye from you.
How often you plucked, until
How much did you sniff until
you laid bare the face of your deceit!
You showed the page of your leaning.
Go, then; this down on your cheeks
So let this excuse of yours go,
is a parting between me and you.
Separation between me and you.
So now slap your face, wail, and wee-
So now welcome tears and lamentations,
p, for the hour of your doom has come.
When the time of your time has come.
