He resembled two rivers; had they known
Had two rivers known
of that, they would have sunk underground.
They'd have become ravines
His words resembled Barada,
His words were cold
and his form resembled Thawra—a bull.
And his nature like that of a bull
Like the secret of deficiency, while he increases
Breaking imperfection while
the injustice in his deeds.
Acting unjustly
So do not marvel at his ascendancy;
So do not wonder at his state
its winding will turn to unwinding.
Its cycles will become good
And if his attire delights you,
And if his arrogance pleases you
then, like the oleander, he [has clothed himself] in blossoms.
It is like a sudden flash of light
