With you, hunting became auspicious for kings

As wherever you went, the sought became easy

The whiteness of snow hides paths from you

Yet the dark nights sufficed as guides

And your forehead shone in the gloom as though

In it columns of dawn's cleavage stood

    Between valleys and towering heights

For horses, a descending and ascending road

    Their waterskins and saddles swore

None ever rode a back like yours
