نَصبَ العَداوةَ حَاسِدوكَ فَأَعتَبوا

خِزْياً لألسنهمْ وَخفْضِ الشانِ

Your enviers have set enmity, and so

Brought shame upon their tongues and degradation.

فمتى أَراهُمْ قد مَوا ورُؤوسُهُمْ

مَرْفوعَةٌ بِعَوامِلِ المُرَّانِ

Whenever I see them dead with severed heads

Hoisted on tent poles as admonition.
