عقارٌ إذا رُدِّيَتْ بالزجاجِ

تردّى الزجاج رداءَ البهاءِ

A drug that when poured in a glass

Makes the glass don a robe of splendor

فيأتي الوعاءُ لها حاملاً

وتُحْسَبُ حاملةً للوعاء

Thus the vessel comes to hold it

Yet is deemed to be held by the vessel
