إِلَهي اكفِني مِن كُل سوء وَحادث

إِلَهي اكفِني مِن كُل سوء وَحادث

وَكُن مِن خطوب النازِلات مُجيري

وَكُن مِن خطوب النازِلات مُجيري

My God, protect me from every evil and calamity.

And be my protector from the ordeals of calamities that descend.

وَنور بنور مِنكَ ظُلمة غَفلَتي

وَنور بنور مِنكَ ظُلمة غَفلَتي

وَكُن عدتي في شدتي وَنَصيري

وَكُن عدتي في شدتي وَنَصيري

And illuminate the darkness of my heedlessness with light from You.

And be my support in my hardship and my helper.
