بُشراك بِالعقد المَضيء الثَمين

يا ابنَ السراة السادة الأَكرَمين

I bring you glad tidings of a bright, precious necklace

O son of noble, generous fathers

دُمت بِعز وَسرور عَلى

طول اللَيالي وَمَمَر السِنين

May you forever have might and joy

Throughout the nights and passage of years

فَاسحب ذيال العز في رفعة

تزهق مِنها أَنفُس الحاسِدين

So pull the train of might aloft

Whereby the souls of enviers perish

وَقر عَيناً بِزفاف سَما

وَائمن فَأَنتَ اللوذَعي الأَمين

And delight your eyes with Samaa's wedding

And feel safe for you are the trustworthy refuge

بِناء سَعد في سَماء سَما

نَجم السَما عال رَفيع رَصين

A felicitous structure in the sky of Samaa

A high, steadfast, shining star of the sky

بدرة أَخرَجتها عامِداً

مِن بَحر مَجد وَكَمال معين

A pearl brought forth by the pillar

From a sea of glory and bountiful perfection

مَصونة حَوراء مَكنونة

دامَت بِأَلطاف الإِلَه المُعين

A protected, hidden damsel

Who remains through the grace of the Helper God

ما طَلَعت مِن قَبل شَمس الضُحى

في فلك البَدر المضيء المبين

No dawn sun had risen before in the orbit

Of the shining, illuminating full moon

تَزويجها كان بِأَمر الَّذي

بِأَمره كُل قَوي يلين

Her wedding was by order of Him

By whose command every strong bows

ذاكَ أَبو بَكر شَقيق العُلى

وَالمَجد ذو القَلب التَقي المَتين

That is Abu Bakr, brother of Al-Ulya

And glory, of pious, steadfast heart

فَاهن بِهَذا العُرس وانعم بِه

بِالاً بِرغم الحسد الكاشحين

So rejoice in this wedding and delight in it

A sojourn, despite the gushing envy

لَها العُلى مُذ أَرخوه حمى

بدرة البَحرين فاز الأَمين

To it belongs the most high since they recorded it as sanctuary

Pearl of the two seas, the trustee has won
