1. He was singled out for excellence and lofty perfection,

    A master firmly rooted in knowledge of God.

  2. He sealed the line of messengers and prophets, beyond doubt,

    And abrogates their religions for all time.

  3. God's intimate friendship and love were secured

    For a prophet who rose aloft toward the Throne.

  4. God's chosen one, God's elect, the servant of

    God, loudly proclaiming the faith and guidance.

  5. He feared Him and was mindful of Him in every state,

    So he stood tall against error through the truth.

  6. He addressed the people when he called them—would that

    Young men had not turned to the transmigration of souls!

  7. He served the Lord, calling to Him, when he became

    One who undid the bonds of tyrants and idolatry.

  8. Whoever strayed from the path of loving him came to grief,

    And went on to fan corruption and unbelief.

  9. Idolatry fell mute when he came with a reminder

    That brought ruin and disfigurement to the wrongdoers.

  10. The bargain of the one who turned away from him failed,

    And he dwelt in his hell in the intermediate realms.
