O descendants of Jacob, your Torah is not

A tale from the lip of a soothsayer, but rather from livers' agony.

If your secrets have not yet appeared to those sunk in darkness,

They are nevertheless manifest to me in their repositories.

You have indeed, by a command all lies,

Eaten over the course of eras and settled lands.

And it has been shown to me that your rabbis, well-grounded

In knowledge, are not like mere worshippers.
