وَإِذا السَعادَةُ لا حَظَتكَ عُيونُها

نَم فَالمَخاوِفُ كُلُّهُنَّ أَمانُ

When happiness casts its eyes on you

Fears become safety for you

وَاِصعَد بِها العَنقاءَ فَهيَ حِبالَهُ

وَاِقتَد بِها الجَوزاءَ فَهيَ عِنانُ

Ride the long-necked one (camel), for it is harnessed

Follow the short-statured one (horse), for it is reined
