وَفي الرَوضِ وَردٌ طائِرٌ مِن مَلالَةٍ
وَفَوقَ خُدودِ الغيدِ وَردٌ مُقَيَّدُ
In the garden a restless rose flees tedium
And over the cheeks of the branches a rose is bound
تَبَوَّأَ فيها الوَردُ وَجنَةَ جَنَّةٍ
وَمَن بُوِّئَ الجَنّاتِ فَهوَ مُخَلَّدُ
The rose took residence in it, paradise upon paradise
And he who is given paradises, is made immortal
