لَئِن سَلَبتَ الفَجرَ أَنوارَهُ
وَطِرتَ ما تُسرِجُ بِالرِياحِ
If the dawn you stole its lights
And scattered what shines with the winds
فَإِنَّهُ يا شَمسَنا كُلَّما
طَلَعَت لَيلاً قَد أَتى بِالصَباحِ
Then our sun, whenever
It rose at night, it brought the morning
