تَقبيلُ تُربٍ عَلَيهِ رِجلُ كاتِبِهِ

Welcome, book, part of your duty

وارَحمَتي لِغَليلي عِندَ مَورِدِهِ

قَد كانَ يَعنُفُ بي عُنفَ الدَلالِ به
